The Advanced Experience provides quality properties to rent, honest management and responsive maintenance.

Check-In Processes

To welcome residents to their new home, our staff will meet at the property on day of check-in to complete the following processes:

  1. Walk through the property with the residents to ensure the property meets their expectations.
  2. Video tape the property inside and out so that the condition of the property is documented.
  3. Provide residents a move in inspection form to be completed to document the condition the property upon check-in.
  4. Provide the keys/garage remotes/etc. to the residents.

Maintenance Issues
